We're proud to be Technical Collaborators of the installation Resourceful Intelligence featured in the 19th International Architecture Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, curated by Carlo Ratti.

Developed by Park in collaboration with Accurat, Professor Gabriele Masera, Professor Francesco Pittau, and Michele Versaci of the Department of Architecture, Built Environment and Construction Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, the project explores innovative pathways toward circularity in architecture.

Resourceful Intelligence explores new strategies for the circular economy in architecture, starting from two projects developed in Milan by Park.
Using materials recovered during the deconstruction phase—glass from a 1930s building and clinker from a 1960s modernist tower—the installation stages a real regenerative cycle, showing how waste materials can be reintegrated into the design process.

A video created by Accurat, based on scientific research from the Politecnico di Milano, maps the potentially reusable resources already present within the urban fabric.

The installation demonstrates how conscious design can activate regenerative material cycles, fully aligned with our ongoing commitment to sustainability and resource reuse.

We look forward to seeing you in Venice.
